Nexon has released a 15-minute gameplay video for their upcoming RPG, First Berserker. Kazan is coming in 2025.

The video introduces the world of Kazan and the backstory of the protagonist, Kazan. The video shows the great graphics that were praised in two closed beta tests.

Kazan is set in the Dungeon & Fighter Universe (DnF Universe) and is about General Kazan, who was the main villain in the "Ozma" raid of Dungeon & Fighter. The team chose Kazan as the main character to explore his character more deeply.

Players explore the Pelos Empire on the Arad Continent in Kazan. The emperor exiles Kazan, a hero, to a snowy region. The game starts with a cutscene explaining the backstory and Kazan's quest for revenge against the empire. He meets the Blade Phantom and learns more about himself.

The gameplay video shows intense battles and 3D cell animation graphics. Players will face enemies in the Heinmach area, including Pelos Empire soldiers, wild bears and the boss Yetuga. Kazan's combat is like Dungeon & Fighter, with a focus on blocking and counterattacking.

Kazan's battle style reflects his backstory as a hero. The game omits evasive moves, emphasising Kazan's ability to endure attacks and deliver precise counterstrikes. The 3D cell animation brings the snowy Heinmach region to life.

Nexon will showcase Kazan at Gamescom on 21 August with a dedicated booth and gameplay demonstration. More details will be revealed on 20 August (German local time).
