Zenless Zone Zero's Metacritic Score Rises to 82!

On July 5th, 2024, miHoYo's self-developed game "Zenless Zone Zero" officially commenced public testing. Following the lifting of media reviews yesterday, the game's Metacritic score rose from 79 to 82 today. The player rating has also been released, standing at 6.3 out of 10, with a 56% approval rate, 7% mixed reviews, and 34% negative reviews.

Players who gave positive feedback believe that "Zenless Zone Zero" focuses heavily on delivering an exhilarating experience. Both the visuals and gameplay are designed to maximize enjoyment, making the early stages of the game very comfortable to play. However, they noted that the game might become tedious over time.


On the other hand, players who gave negative reviews expressed disbelief that this is a new game in 2024. They were uncomfortable with the presence of numerous anime-style female characters and furry elements. Some players mentioned feeling bored after playing for a few hours, describing the game as a basic hack-and-slash title, and questioned why it requires over 100GB of storage space.
