Tencent's upcoming Monster Hunter mobile game has been officially revealed as Monster Hunter: Traveller, according to the latest software copyright data. The registration for Monster Hunter: Traveler Client Game Software was approved on 21 June 2024, signalling Tencent's next project in the Monster Hunter series.

This development follows Tencent's announcement in 2022 that Tianmei Studio would be working with Capcom to develop a new Monster Hunter mobile game. Earlier leaks in August suggested that the game would be called Monster Hunter Outlanders and that it would be released sometime this year. Based on the latest information, it appears that Monster Hunter: Traveler could be the final name for this highly anticipated mobile entry in the franchise.
