Blackjack Studio, a leading developer specialising in SRPGs, announced on the 20th that it has begun recruiting testers for the Closed Beta Test (CBT) of its latest mobile title, Mechaarashi.

The recruitment period will run until the 2nd of September, with the CBT scheduled to begin on the 5th of September. This testing phase will focus on evaluating content completeness and server stability, with active feedback from participants aimed at refining the game before its official launch.

This CBT will be very different from previous tests. All testers will be granted a special status, each able to perform unique missions. Selected testers will complete in-game missions as part of the advance team, while those not selected can join as members of the support team, assisting the advance team by crafting mechas on the event page.

When both the advance and support teams reach their target operation points, all users will receive the specially designed, limited-edition "Storm Tiger" mech skin. There will also be a celebration event with generous rewards, details of which will be available on the official community page prior to the official launch.

Mechaarashi is set in a futuristic fantasy world where mechas made from "Storm Steel Alloy" are used as combat weapons. Players will join the mercenary unit "Cheetah Roses" and negotiate with various factions centred around "Storm Steel", while unravelling a hidden conspiracy alongside the mysterious organisation "Epiphilum".

The game offers core strategic gameplay with customisable mechs, featuring a "part destruction system" where damage effects vary by mech part, allowing for efficient combat strategies. Players will also be able to personalise their Mechas, from their overall appearance to small details such as logos and insignia.
