Sega Publishing Korea (led by CEO Takashi Saito) has officially launched Yakuza 8 Side Story: Pirates in Hawaii today(February 21, 2025), across PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam. Originally slated for February 28, the game’s release was moved forward by a week following a surprise announcement at an Xbox partner showcase. This action-packed spin-off stars the iconic *Yakuza* series character **Majima Goro**, continuing his journey post-*Yakuza 8* in a vibrant open-world setting of islands and oceans.
