Similar to Valorant, "Operation Apocalypse" offers players a roster of selectable characters, each with unique traits and special abilities to contribute to the team. There's also a wide array of weapons to choose from to cater to different gameplay styles and preferences. As seen in the gameplay footage, characters have three different skills, which, when combined with firearms, create a variety of effects and tactics.

The game features Chinese elements in its primary art style, blending with futuristic technology. With its official license obtained in China, the game is nearing the end of development and is expected to be officially announced soon. Interestingly, this game not only obtained a license for the mobile platform but also for the PC platform, indicating it will be a cross-platform multiplayer FPS game.

NetEase has primarily focused on Chinese martial arts-style games in the past, making their venture into the "shooting" genre a significant attempt. Previously, Tencent's "high energy hero" filled the gap left by "Apex Legend" on mobile. Will NetEase's "Valorant-like" game succeed on mobile? Stay tuned for more updates!
