Mark your calendars for 21 October 2024, as the highly anticipated version 2.6 of Honkai: Star Rail is set to launch. This update will introduce a brand new character, Rappa, who will be the featured banner. Rappa is an Imaginary Elemental character on the Erudition Path, known for her powerful AoE abilities and an enhanced base attack. Leaks suggest that her abilities are unique compared to other Erudition characters, making her particularly effective in multi-foe battles.

Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.6 Banners

According to recent leaks, Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.6 will only include one new character, Rappa, in a departure from previous updates. This update will also include reruns of three existing characters, although details of the third rerun character remain unclear.

In addition to Rappa, version 2.6 will continue the story of Penacony, with the narrative expected to be longer than that of version 2.3. There won't be any new Event Light Cones (LCs) or Herta Store LCs in version 2.6, but players can look forward to a new 4-star Gacha LC and a new Relic Pair. HoYoverse has already begun early testing of characters expected to debut in future patches, hinting at exciting developments to come.
