On February 27, China's National Press and Publication Administration announced the approval information for China's domestic online games in February 2024. A total of 111 games have obtained version numbers. Notably, this list includes games such as "Black Myth: Wukong" and works like "Infinity Nikki".

Furthermore, Chinese officials also announced changes to the game review process in 2024, which involve adding the mobile version of "Naraka: Bladepoint", the NS version of "My Time at Portia", and the PC version of "Persona 5: The Phantom X".

"Black Myth: Wukong" made its debut in August 2020 and was announced last year that it would be released on August 20, 2024. Developed by the Chinese game development team Game Science, it is a 3D action role-playing game based on "Journey to the West," one of the "Four Great Classics" of Chinese literature. In the game, players will assume the role of a "man of destiny" and embark on a perilous journey to the west, filled with danger and surprises, in order to uncover the truth behind the legend of the past.
